Counselling24 was established in 2020 to enhance the psychological well-being of clients across the globe by providing them with professional online psychological counselling services.

Currently, Counselling24 offers a variety of professional online psychological counselling services, via Zoom.

1. Quality

Mental health practitioners at Counselling24 are professionally trained, have accredited postgraduate level qualifications specialising in counselling, and have undergone rigorous practical training.

2. Continuous Development

Mental health practitioners at Counselling24 consistently obtain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points or Continuing Education Units (CEU) points. This statutory requirement ensures that Registered Counsellors are up to date with the knowledge, skills and ethical attitudes that underpin competent practice.

Counselling24 is 100% Black Female-Owned as per Amended Code Series 100 of the Amended Codes of Good Practice issued under section 9 (1) of B-BBEE Act No 53 of 2003 as Amended by Act No 46 of 2013.
