Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time through the Counselling24 website: www.counselling24.com. Failure to do so will result in no refund being issued. If clients experience any difficulties cancelling or rescheduling, they should email Counselling24 at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If a service is missed or not properly cancelled or rescheduled, no refund will be issued. Counselling24 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and clients will be informed of any changes via email. By scheduling a service with Counselling24, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
